The Rev. Andrew Clive Millard has served the mission of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Peninsula (in Newport News, Virginia) as Minister since 2010. Born and raised in England, he came to the United States for graduate school in physics; some years later he joined the Sierra Club, the Institute on Religion in an Age of Science, the World Pantheist Movement and the Unitarian Society of Hartford (in that order). He went back to school at Hartford Seminary before transferring to the Iliff School of Theology in Denver. Andrew lives in Yorktown with Allison, their daughter and their furry family.

Joanne Dingus is a long time Unitarian Universalist having attended congregations in Canton, Ithaca and Glens Falls, New York, and Richmond and Newport News, Virginia. She has served as the Director of Religious Education for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Peninsula since 2010.
Joanne studied art at SUNY Brockport and was the manager of an art gallery and frame shop in Clifton Park, New York, for twelve years. Sharing her love of art with the Fellowship, the Boys and Girls Club and Seniors at the Chesapeake are among her many gifts she contributes to the mission of the UUFP. She is the proud mother of two children, Jaimie, a UU minister, and Jerry, a software developer.
